This could involve re-gliding or re-cutting the inscription. It may be a matter of simply cleaning and polishing or a complete renovation.

Although we renovate all types of memorial we can renovate the large and unusual memorials using specialist equipment. Our staff include fully qualified and time served stone masons.

We have at our disposal a mobile gantry crane, mobile sandblast equipment, a vehicle with heavy tail lift and a host of other specialist equipment that make us the area leaders in this type of renovation.

We would have pleasure in estimating for any renovation work however large or small in any area nationwide. We are also able to add inscriptions to an existing headstone.

In most instances this involves removing the headstone from the cemetery, but where this isn’t possible we can also make changes on site. Whatever the material, lettering style or complexity, our craftsmen are able to add your chosen inscription so that it beautifully complements the original.

Additional Inscriptions

We can add additional inscriptions on to an existing memorial, with costs based upon the lettering type and the number of letters. Please also note that sometimes it may prove difficult to achieve an exact match to existing lettering.

Re-fixing memorials

Our experienced masonry team can re-fix memorials that have become unstable or has failed a safety test. We do this by re-fixing the memorial into the ground using a ground anchor system. All work carried out to N.A.M.M. specifications.
